Established in 2010, we developed and operate the Spectrum resort on 400,000 square feet of land with a 350,000 square feet building. The resort opened in 2016-17 with 66 four-star hotel rooms, 234 – 1 BHK flats, and 30 – 2 BHK flats, totaling 264 units. Additionally, we have two restaurants, two banquet halls, and four gardens with over 10 venues.
